For security reasons we don't store your passwords. If you have forgotten your password then you can easily reset it at any time:
To reset your email password please go to https://webmail.mushroominternet.com and click the option 'Reset Password'.
If you are trying to login to WordPress and your password is incorrect, please choose the option 'Forgotten Password' on the login screen, this will send a reminder to your email address
If you are still unable to retrieve your lost password please contact us and we will reset the password to something new for you.
My email account is full
By default, all email accounts we set-up have a 1Gb storage limit. If you're using IMAP to retrieve emails then it's likely your inbox will fill up. We recommend regularly clearing your trash and spam folders to keep space available for your new emails.
Using https://webmail.mushroominternet.com, in the top right hand corner, click your email address and the in the dropdown menu select 'Configure Mail Client'. If you are setting up on MS Outlook, Apple Mail or iOS Mail you can use the links on this page to automatically have the account created on your computer

Help, my website isn't online!
There are many factors that could result in you not being able to see your website. If there are no messages in the section below then please submit a ticket request with as much detail as possible and we will look into the issue straight away.
Something on my website doesn't look right
There are many reasons that could cause something on your website to not display quite how you expect. WordPress updates, type and version of browser, the size of your screen, the operating environment; these can all play a factor.
If you would like to raise an issue to us please complete this form on the device / browser that you are experiencing the issue with, addding email@example.com as the recipients email address. This will open a support ticket where you can add further details or screenshots.
I've been told I need to clear my cache, how do I do that?
The method of clearing your cache changes from browser to browser. We recommend going to http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ where you can select your browser and follow the steps on screen to clear your browser cache.
I can't get emails to work on my mobile phone
Please contact your mobile phone provider or IT company as this is not something routinely offered as part of your support contract with us.
